If you are in our area (Tomball, TX) we can meet up with you, otherwise, you can ship us your hospital Phoenix Bears’ blanket and we will ship it back once it is embroidered.
The other option is we can make you a new custom blanket/lovey with embroidery and ship it to you instead of personalizing the blanket your bear came with. Please make your selection below on the form to let us know what you prefer.
