Phoenix Bears exists for one reason:
To help comfort parents who have lost their little one(s).
How do we help comfort bereaved parents?
- Donating Phoenix Bears to hospitals
- Providing bereaved parents with a custom Phoenix Bear, weighted to their baby’s weight, at no cost to them (a donation of $15-$25 is required to help with shipping fees)
- Providing support and a list of resources for bereaved parents
The Process to Get YOUR Phoenix Bear:
1. Fill Out the “Get Your Phoenix Bear” Form below & pay the $15-$25 (covers shipping fees according to weight – no charge for the weighted bear)
2. You will receive a Confirmation Email with your Phoenix Bears number (keep this)
3. You will be placed on the wait list (current time on WAIT LIST has been approximately 8 – 8 & 1/2 weeks **Express Pass Available**)
4. You will receive Email Updates: (1) When you are off the wait list (2) When your Bear is ready to be customized (3) With tracking for shipment
5. You will receive YOUR personalized custom weighted Phoenix Bear at your home (and all the hugs and snuggles you want)! Current total time from submitting form to your custom Phoenix Bear being shipped out to you has been approximately 11 – 14 & 1/2 weeks (Express Pass is available)
