The form below is for bereaved parents who need their Phoenix Bear shipped outside the USA!
If you live in a country other than the USA, here are some things to note before filling out the form on our website to request your Phoenix Bear:
(1) We will cover up to $15 USD of your shipping fee but you will be responsible for the rest of the shipping fee. You will not be taken off the waitlist until your international shipping fee is paid in full (we will send you a Paypal invoice to the provided email address when it gets close to time for you to get off the waitlist).
The shipping price depends on how much your bear weighs, how big it is, and what country it will be shipped to!
*To give you an example: A 17″ Phoenix Bear weighted to 7 lbs recently cost nearly $77 USD to ship to New Zealand (that is just the shipping fee we were charged to ship it)
(2) You will be responsible for any fees your country charges when you pick up your package, such as (but not limited to) customs duty and import tax.
(3) We have no control over what happens to your Phoenix Bear once it leaves our hands, however, we do take great care in packaging them and include paperwork to try to make the process through customs quicker and easier.
*Please research to find out if your country allows items weighted with sand through customs. I know for sure that Australia does not & it appears it’s the same with New Zealand. *If you are in a country that does not allow sand through customs, I can weight your bear with glass beads instead (also called glass sand) for an additional fee of $4.50 per pound or you can have the glass beads/sand sent directly to me if you want to purchase it yourself (glass sand costs a lot more than regular sand is why I would need to charge extra to pay for the extra expense). If you need your bear weighted with glass beads, please contact me at info@phoenixbears.org before filling out the form to let me know (please include your baby’s weight).
Phoenix Bears can be unweighted or they can be weighted to your baby’s weight, all the way up to 30 pounds!
IF you choose an Express Pass to significantly reduce your wait time, you will need to promptly purchase your base bear from our “Choose Your Base Bear” Amazon WishList and have it sent directly to us. Be sure to include your Phoenix Bears order number. You will not be placed on the “Express Pass” until your base bear is received. **No more than 2 *Express Pass Bears* will be placed in each HUG** (a HUG is a group of teddy bears)

*For multiple losses, please fill out one form for each baby if you want a bear for each baby. If you’d prefer one angel bear holding multiple 2″ – 2.5″ baby bears, please fill out one form and put that information in the additional information section.
